As a Certified Life Coach I believe there are times where we get lost, stuck, feel off-track? It's a matter of how the impossible can always be broken down into possibilities!

I have been a Therapist/Counselor for many years. I became a Life Coach because I felt that I could reach more people and through various means (other than a standard office setting). I believe in a contemplative approach to coaching and life. There are times where we all get stuck, lost or off-track and need some direction or guidance to be able to turn dreams into goals. Recognize our own value in work or relationships. Or simply to move through daily/life obstacles that are preventing us from living in our purpose or with fulfillment. I absolutely love working with clients who have the willingness to watch themselves grow and expand in ways they might not have felt was possible. It would be an honor to work with you on this path of self-empowerment that translates to living life to the fullest of your own potential.

"I have been working with Loren for 5 years and I was stuck in old addiction issues and in a very unhealthy relationship. I had a lot of work to do with my own self worth and sabotaging beliefs I'm now amazingly and happily married to a woman I had loved for a very long time, but previously thought she was out of my league. I'm no longer setting myself up for disappointments, but instead look at ways I can learn and move forward for myself and my new family."-Jason. F.

"I have be meeting with Loren as a counselor for 6 1/2 years. I was a full blown alcoholic 45yrs old and still living with my mother. I would get a month of sobriety here and there, but nothing stuck. I would take out all of my anger and aggression out on my mother, then felt sick and shameful for weeks afterwards. Loren continued to be supportive without shaming me. But, continuing to encourage me to set new goals and held me accountable. I finally realized the toll my behavior was taking on me emotionally and physically and the harm to everyone I loved. But, first I had to relearn how to love myself and know that I do have the power to save my own life! I have been sober for 3 years, moved out to Florida on my own and started my own catering business. Which is what I've always wanted to do. I could not have made the changes on my own, and am eternally grateful for the unconditional support I received from her." -Lindsay. P.
